In anticipation of release from months of lockdowns and restrictions, we agreed that we should gather at Pilgrims Hatch for what became PadFest, a festival in the paddock, to make up for denied family get togethers. Early intentions of visitors were to camp in the Paddock and, true to their word, everyone did including 2 dogs! The weather was reasonable with hints of sunshine from time to time and, most importantly, it was dry. Everyone arrived on Friday, Cathryn's birthday was celebrated on Saturday, and most headed home Sunday, so there was plenty of time for everyone to catch up and that we most certainly did!

A rather large takeaway Indian was the fayre for Friday evening and very good it was, with more than plenty left over for later!
Saturday progressed from celebrating Cathryn's birthday with coffee and cup-cakes to a mood lightening with the help of a round of Singapore Slings.
Then the brakes were well off! The dressing-up box was raided as everyone tried to find their character for what has become the traditional family video of fun and laughter, masterminded as always by Dan.
